The country is huge, the climate and the altitudes are so different that the major appellations, Harrar, Sidamo, Guji, Yrgachef, jimma.... give very different coffees from each other!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee comes from the region of Mount Kundudo which is located east of the city of Harar. The coffee trees grow on plateaus with an average altitude of 2000m. Harvesting is manual. I chose a Harrar from the sun-dried Mocha variety.
