CARAMBA! EDUARDO DELIVERS ME LIVE!

Eduardo stopped by the Atelier this week to deliver his excellent coffee from El Salvador.

From the Joya Verde plantation, Eduardo imports coffee directly from the family farm in France! They cultivate 150ha at the foot of the Chaparrastique volcano (1600/1800 m altitude) in sustainable agriculture, without chemical inputs!

Everyone is a winner since no intermediary from the tree to my roaster.

Cafés des Alpes confirms its desire to work directly with the producer: fair trade relationship, superior quality coffee...

The Salvador range is evolving with 2 little new ones: after the SHG, arrived from PACAS and PACAMARA!

Joya Verde SHG , a red and orange bourbon variety, this is a cool, smooth, smooth, all-day-drinking coffee in both espresso and mild methods. It is cocoa and slightly fruity.

For the Pacas , this is the name of the variety, we are on a more "sweet" coffee, with notes of hazelnut, slightly fruity, with a stronger intensity.

The Pacamara , also it bears the name of the variety, is a coffee "of excellence". It is a hybrid between Pacas and Maragogype, with a smaller bean. This coffee has notes of hazelnut, caramel and has a great sweetness very slightly acidic.

Arvi Pa!
