-After a lot of testing and reflection, I have developed a range of coffee that is perfectly in line with the Alpine spirit!
-Always from a selection of premium green coffees, I have worked on blends where everyone will find something to suit them!
- I also worked on different roasting methods in order to optimize the aromatic rendering and intensity of each coffee.
- Piste Noire: for the strong, a blend of Arabicas and a bit of Robusta. This coffee is intense, like the Piste Noire, not for those sensitive to caffeine! The Piste Noire wakes you up but it's not bitter and not aggressive for my stomach! (Including 30% Rainforest Alliance certified coffee)
- Piste Rouge: we are already in the competition, same color as my Italian car, I'm going for it! A blend of small aromatic Arabicas, especially no Robusta, but Italian cooking. It will be perfect as an espresso, with a good aromatic intensity, but no bitterness! (100% Rainforest Alliance certified coffee)
- Piste Bleu: that's it, we have the 1st star, we become big and we can attack a little! 3 Arabicas, 2 continents, chocolatey and fruity notes, medium intensity. We enjoy ourselves, at our own pace! (Including 40% certified organic Arabicas)
- Piste Verte : a small descent, quiet, in the sun, not too fast, we admire the landscape! 3 arabicas, certified organic , very sweet, notes of milk chocolate, dried fruits, we play it cool!
