-This decaffeinated coffee is made from a blend of 4 varieties of green coffee: Catimor, Guarnica, typica and bourbon. It is a washed green coffee with natural fermentation, which reinforces its aromatic side, often very weak in decaffeinated coffee.
-This coffee is certified Organic.
-This decaffeinated product is obtained using the "Mountain Water" method: this method, based on water, allows for 99% "decaffeination"! The water used does not undergo any treatment.
-This decaffeinated coffee has notes of caramel, almond, slightly spicy. It is very aromatic.
