This Arabusta coffee comes from a tree born from a natural hybridization between arabica and robusta.
This coffee is soft, suave and has woody notes, hazelnut and is very slightly vanilla. Paradoxically, this arabusta coffee has very little caffeine!
I buy this coffee directly from the producer. Yves, a Frenchman who has been living in Madagascar for more than 30 years, has started replanting coffee trees, the wild kouillou variety.
