-Costa Rica has been exporting coffee since 1843, first to England and then to the United States from 1860. This country has always known how to develop coffee culture and is still working to improve the quality of coffee. There are 50,000 small producers, farmers, whose goal is always greater quality and traceability.

-This coffee comes from the San Ignacio de Acosta Region. This region of the central valley is better known as Tarrazu, a small part of this valley that produces superior quality coffees!

-This coffee comes from a hundred small farmers who gave the name "All Saints" because all the villages begin with "San" in the region!

-This coffee is a terroir coffee and has a typical profile of the Tarrazu appellation: slight acidity, medium intensity ++ and notes of caramel, honey. It is a washed green coffee, Catuai and Caturra Red variety.

-This coffee has an SCA score of 84/100, a guarantee of high quality.

-Please note that Cafés des Alpes uses 250g bags for the 250g format, made in France, 100% recyclable and made from bio-sourced materials!
