Shaping cinnamon sticks takes time and skill; the scraped cinnamon shavings contain all the active ingredients; it is enough to reduce them to powder to integrate them into culinary preparations or to leave them as they are in infusions.
Cinnamon has tonic, antibacterial, antiviral and fungicidal properties.
Method of preparation: reduce the shavings to powder for culinary preparations, or use the shavings as they are for infusions, wines and aperitifs.
