This coffee comes from the Awasa region in the Great Rift Valley in southern Ethiopia, the former district of Sidamo.
It is a group of small producers who provide a organic washed green coffee. Coffee trees are situated between 1600 and 2100 asl.
Variety of green coffee: Heirloom.
The harvest is done manually, the fermentation of the grains is done on an African bed and it will take almost 1 month between the harvest and the bagging for export.
This coffee is very high quality rated 86.25 by the SCA.
This coffee has a sustained intensity, with notes of caramel, nuts, orange, and its particularity lies in its very slightly floral side.
