Monsoon Malabar, or monsooned coffee, takes its name from the drying methods that use monsoon winds to dry the beans. As a result, this coffee retains a certain humidity during transport, which gives it its characteristic taste.
India Malabar has slightly woody and nutty notes.
It is grown in the Karnakata region in South West India.
