-Composition of the box:
-Honduras Ika Hau/Copanti (Depending on availability)
This coffee has chocolatey, caramel notes, with a medium intensity.
-Mexico Monte Azul
This coffee is rather mild even if we find notes of spices and dark chocolate.
-Peru Cajamarca
This region on the border of Ecuador, produces dense and aromatic coffees, very slightly citric. All producers are certified organic. This coffee has an average intensity.
-Guatemala Mixtli
This coffee benefits from the PDO "Valley of Acetenango". It comes from the production of the Anese Family. It has a great taste quality, a soft intensity, with very light fruity notes.
-Colombia Panche Siquila
I chose this coffee from Small certified organic producers from the Tolima region. This coffee is impressive for the fruity notes it gives off. It has an average intensity.
-Ethiopia Sidamo Furla
Coming from the Awaza region, Sidamo remains for me the essential Ethiopian coffee due to its floral aromas. It has an average intensity and has no equivalent on the market. (Notes of orange, honey, very floral)
-Madagascar - Exclusive to Cafés des Alpes
Coming from plantations in the Fénérive region, this 100% Arabusta coffee is endemic to Madagascar. It is a smooth coffee, with woody notes. Its caffeine content is low. I buy this coffee directly from the producer, Yves, who has been based in Madagascar for over 30 years.
