The Salazar family, father Don Ricardo, the 2 sons Juan and Eduardo, ensure the continuity of this 150ha coffee farm which has existed since 1870.
It is located at the foot of the Chaparrastique volcano, in the province of San Miguel, in the south east of El Salvador; The crops range between 900 and 1600m altitude.
They specialize in the production of cocoa and coffee and practice sustainable agriculture: no use of chemical inputs!
Eduardo handles the direct marketing of coffee production in France and Cafés des Alpes has been selected as a new retailer/roaster partner.

This coffee has a medium intensity, it is smooth. It presents notes of cocoa and stone fruits.
